Office Policies
Our office abides by all governing rules and regulations and respectfully request that our patients abide by our policies with regard to their treatment and our office.
HIPPA requirements are enforced with regard to patient, treatment and our facility. While maintaining a paperless environment – our computer system and patient information is secure and confidential. Please do not openly discuss any items that you would feel uncomfortable with others being aware of the discussion. We are only able to discuss the treatment and associated cost with the responsible party of the patient account.
Our office is an “open bay” treatment facility with limited seating in the treatment area – we kindly ask that parents, siblings and patients waiting for their appointment remain in the reception area. We offer Wi-Fi service FREE to those who may be inclined to make productive use of their waiting – and of course, video game systems for the young at heart.
